Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Tripgic API, software, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Tripgic provides a unified Travel API infrastructure that aggregates inventory from multiple travel suppliers (including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities) allowing developers and travel businesses to search, price, and book travel inventory. Tripgic acts as a technical intermediary and aggregator, not a direct travel operator.

3. License and API Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tripgic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Tripgic API solely for the purpose of developing and operating your travel application or platform.

  • Rate Limits: You agree not to exceed the API rate limits established for your account tier.
  • Caching: You must comply with our caching rules regarding inventory and pricing data to ensure accuracy and reduce unnecessary load on supplier networks.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the API. You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You are solely responsible for your application and your end-users. You agree that you will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to travel industry regulations (such as IATA rules, DOT regulations, or equivalent local authorities), consumer protection laws, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5. Fees and Payments

Access to the Tripgic API requires payment of fees as described in your specific contract or on our pricing page. You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Services. Booking transactions may also be subject to supplier-specific fees, commissions, or markups as defined in your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Tripgic retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights in our infrastructure, APIs, or software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripgic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Because we aggregate data from third-party suppliers, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of pricing or availability at all times until a booking is fully confirmed.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the API at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security risk to our infrastructure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innovate Solution is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
